Our online booking system - making things easier:

Make missed appointments a thing of the past with our dedicated online booking software. Once your account is set up you are able to easily schedule an appointment for any type of electrical job required, from scheduled maintenance, EICRs, PAT Testing and EICR Remedial works. Once you confirm, we will receive a work order, your tenant will receive a text message and email advising them of the appointment, and your tenant will receive a reminder the day before their appointment to minimise missed appointments!

We understand that things change and life sometimes gets in the way, which is why our online booking system will allow your tenant to reschedule up to 12 hours prior to their appointment.

Commercial rates for commercial clients:

We understand that running a business in the Private Rented Sector can become particularly expensive, especially with continually changing regulations to comply with! We have introduced a commercial rate, especially for Landlords and Agents who are able to schedule a minimum number of jobs with us per calendar month. Please contact us for more information regarding our commercial rates - we would be more than happy to discuss your requirements and work something out for you!

Joelec Ltd is a VAT registered business, so all our services are VAT reclaimable.

Priority service:

We are more than happy to be with your tenant as soon as possible where there are electrical concerns or works that are considered an emergency. We have developed a priority system to ensure our Landlords and Agents always receive a rapid response when required:

 

Red 1: Immediate danger to life or property - Immediate response - e.g. Smell of burning / Water leak on electrical switchgear

Red 2: Danger of injury to persons - Same day response - e.g. No electricity at property / No lighting in communal stairways

Amber: Inconvenience to occupier - Same day (if available) / Next day / Scheduled with tenant - e.g. Non functioning cooker / shower

Green: Scheduled and routine maintenance - Scheduled with tenant - e.g. EICR / LIR / PAT Testing

 

 

Forever expanding with nationwide coverage:

 Joelec Ltd have a specific catchment area in which our standard rates apply subject to any preferred contractor agreements. However, we also understand that sometimes you may have / manage a property that is outside of this catchment area. As your preferred contractor, we are dedicated to ensuring you receive the very best service and we would be happy to travel out beyond our usual catchment area for you. This will occur a small fee however, this will be subject to any clause in your preferred contractor agreement.
