General referral Terms and Conditions
Where a referral is made, regardless of being electronically or in person, the referral must be a 'success'. This is defined as the referral has generated a job for Joelec to quote or estimate and that quote or estimate has been accepted by the client being referred, the job has been completed and has been paid for in full.
Joelec reserve the right to withdraw or alter our referral programme at any time without notification or prior warning.
Joelec will 'pay out' by way of electronic means in order to generate a traceable payment. This may require any person making a referral to provide a name, bank name, bank account number and bank account sort code. Joelec reserve the right to refuse payment of the referral fee if these are not provided to Joelec up on request.
Joelec understands that referrals may be made at exceptionally busy times. In these circumstances Joelec reserve the right to pass the referred job onto an approved subcontractor for completion. In these circumstances, Joelec will still issue the respective awards.
By using the referral programme both parties agree to absolve Joelec and its representatives from any loss of reputation, damage to goodwill or any other form of dispute that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of using the referral programme.
The referral programme may not be used by anyone under the age of eighteen or by members of the same household.
